Payment methods for Schedugram

You can pay for your Schedugram account each month, six months or annually. If you choose to pay annually, we offer a discount. Most annual accounts are paid once-off with a credit card.

Google Play billing for Schedugram is currently available by signing up for a new account or rejoining through the Schedugram app on your Android mobile device.

How can I pay for Schedugram through Google Play?

To sign up for Schedugram with Google Play billing, download the Schedugram app on your Android device, select Join 7-Day free trial, and follow the prompts to set up your account.

To rejoin Schedugram with Google Play billing, open or download the Schedugram app. If you have had service with Schedugram, select Sign In and follow the prompts to restart your membership.

How do I check to see if I am billed on my Google Play account?

You can visit the " Premium ", the system will prompt you are already a Premium version account.

You can also check with Google Play to see if Schedugram is a part of your Google Play subscription package.

How do I update my Google Play billing information?

To update your Google Play billing information, visit your Google Play account page at play.google.com/store/account and follow the steps below.

Change to a Google Play payment method already on your account

1.Go to payments.google.com and sign in to the account you use on Google Play.

2.Along the left side of your screen, select Bills and accounts.

3.Select Schedugram.

4.Select the Pay with drop-down.

5.Choose an available payment method.

6.Select Save.

Change your Google Play payment method to a new credit or debit card

1.Go to payments.google.com and sign in to the account you use on Google Play. 

2.Select Payment methods > Add a payment method.

3.Follow the on-screen instructions to finish adding your card.

4.From the left side of your screen, select Bills and accounts.

5.Select Schedugram.

6.Select the Pay with drop-down.

7.Choose an available payment method.

8.Select Save.

How do I stop being billed through Google Play and start being billed through Schedugram?

Refunds within 48 hours of purchase

Submit a refund request online. You’ll usually get a decision within 15 minutes, but it can take up to two business days.

Refunds after 48 hours or more

If 48 hours have passed, we are responsible for deciding if you are eligible for a refund. You should email us directly and ask for a refund.

To cancel your Google Play billing for your Schedugram account, visit your Google Play account page at play.google.com/store/account on a computer or Android device and follow the steps below. Cancellation may take 24-48 hours to be reflected on your Schedugram account.

Cancel Schedugram through your computer

1.Go to play.google.com/store/account.

2.Under Subscriptions, select Schedugram.

3.Select Cancel subscription.

Cancel Schedugram through your Android device

1.Open the Google Play Store.

2.Tap the Menu icon .

3.Select Account.

4.Select Subscriptions.

5.Select Schedugram.

6.Select Cancel.

Note: Uninstalling the Schedugram app will not automatically stop your subscription. You must cancel your subscription using the steps above to end your subscription. If you uninstall the Schedugram app without canceling your subscription, you will still be charged. Visit Google Play's support site for more information.

How do I change my Schedugram plan?

Currently there is no way for Google Play billed customers to adjust their Schedugram plan.
